This document sets forth the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use ("Terms") for Cadillac Connection, an online retailer of Cadillac automobile parts and accessories, operating from Seminole, Florida. These Terms govern all access to and use of the Cadillac Connection website and all purchases made through it. By accessing the website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms are effective as of

1. INTRODUCTION

 

Cadillac Connection is an automotive repair shop and online retailer specializing in Cadillac automobile parts and accessories, including both Original Equipment Manufacturer ("OEM") components and high-quality aftermarket alternatives. Cadillac Connection operates online and is headquartered and conducts all order processing and fulfillment operations from Seminole, Florida, United States.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Cadillac Connection ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual or entity ("Customer," "you," or "your") who accesses, browses, or makes a purchase through the Cadillac Connection website (the "Website") or any associated digital platform operated by the Company. These Terms govern all use of the Website and all transactions for the purchase of products offered therein.

These Terms are effective as of July 15, 2026, and apply to all orders placed on or after that date. Prior terms and conditions, if any, are superseded in their entirety by this document for all transactions governed hereunder.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

 

By accessing, browsing, or using the Cadillac Connection Website in any manner, or by placing an order for any product offered through the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, fully understand, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with any additional policies, guidelines, or rules posted on the Website, including but not limited to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. Your access to or use of the Website constitutes your express acceptance of these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you are expressly prohibited from accessing or using the Website and from placing any orders. You must immediately cease all use of the Website if you do not accept these Terms.

Cadillac Connection reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Any such changes shall become effective immediately upon posting of the revised Terms on the Website. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this document will be updated accordingly. Your continued use of the Website or placement of any order following the posting of revised Terms shall constitute your acknowledgment of and agreement to the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

 

The products listed on the Cadillac Connection Website include both Cadillac OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts and a curated selection of aftermarket parts and accessories designed and manufactured for use with Cadillac vehicles. Our inventory is intended to serve customers seeking genuine replacements or compatible alternatives for Cadillac automobiles across a variety of model years and trim levels.

All product descriptions, specifications, photographs, images, compatibility charts, fitment guides, and other informational content displayed on the Website are provided solely for informational and reference purposes. While Cadillac Connection makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of such information, we do not warrant that product descriptions, compatibility data, images, or any other content on the Website is accurate, complete, current, or free from errors or omissions. Variations may exist between product images and actual items due to manufacturing changes, photography conditions, or typographical error.

It is the Customer's sole responsibility to verify that any part or accessory selected is compatible with their specific vehicle, including year, make, model, trim level, engine type, and any factory-installed options or modifications, before placing an order. Cadillac Connection strongly recommends that Customers consult a qualified automotive technician when uncertain about fitment or compatibility.

Cadillac Connection reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update product information, specifications, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted but before it has been confirmed. In the event a product is listed with an incorrect price or incorrect information due to typographical or other error, Cadillac Connection shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such products.

Cadillac Connection is an independent, privately owned online retailer. Cadillac Connection is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way connected to General Motors LLC, the Cadillac brand, or any subsidiary or affiliated entity thereof. The Cadillac name and related marks are referenced solely for purposes of identifying product compatibility and vehicle fitment.

4. PRICING

 

All prices displayed on the Cadillac Connection Website are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. Cadillac Connection reserves the right to adjust pricing on any product at any time in response to market conditions, supplier pricing changes, inventory levels, or any other business considerations.

The price applicable to your order is the price displayed on the Website at the time your order is confirmed. Order confirmation occurs when Cadillac Connection sends you an order confirmation email as described in Section 5 below. Price changes occurring after order confirmation shall not affect confirmed orders, except in cases of pricing errors as described in Section 5.

Sales tax will be calculated and applied to orders in accordance with applicable Florida state law and any applicable interstate or remote seller tax obligations under federal and state law, including but not limited to obligations arising from the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc. Tax amounts, if applicable to your order, will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process prior to order submission. Cadillac Connection does not control tax law and reserves the right to adjust tax calculations to comply with applicable regulations as they evolve.

From time to time, Cadillac Connection may offer promotional pricing, limited-time discounts, coupon codes, or special offers. All promotional prices and discount codes are subject to their own specific terms, conditions, and expiration dates, which will be disclosed at the time the promotion is offered. Promotional offers may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated. Cadillac Connection reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5. ORDERING

 

Customers may place orders through the Cadillac Connection Website by following the steps outlined below. The ordering process is designed to be straightforward and transparent:

1. Product Selection: Browse the Website and select the desired product(s). Review product descriptions, specifications, and compatibility information carefully before proceeding. Click "Add to Cart" to add the selected item(s) to your shopping cart.

2. Shopping Cart Review: Review all items in your shopping cart, including quantities, prices, and product details. Adjustments to quantities or removal of items may be made at this stage.

3. Checkout: Proceed to checkout, where you will be prompted to enter or confirm your shipping address, billing information, and preferred payment method. Applicable shipping costs and taxes will be calculated and displayed prior to final submission.

4. Order Submission: Review your complete order summary, including all charges, and submit your order by clicking the designated "Place Order" or equivalent button. Submission of an order constitutes an offer by you to purchase the selected product(s) at the stated price(s), subject to these Terms.

5. Order Confirmation: Upon successful submission and processing of your order, Cadillac Connection will send an order confirmation email to the email address provided during checkout. This confirmation email constitutes Cadillac Connection's acceptance of your offer to purchase and marks the formation of a binding contract of sale between you and Cadillac Connection for the items confirmed therein.

Cadillac Connection reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, limit, modify, or cancel any order at any time, including after an order confirmation has been issued, for any reason including but not limited to: pricing errors or typographical mistakes; suspected fraudulent, unauthorized, or abusive activity; unavailability or discontinuation of a product; inability to verify billing or shipping information; or other legitimate business reasons. In the event an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

It is the Customer's sole responsibility to provide complete, accurate, and current shipping and billing information at the time of order placement. Cadillac Connection shall not be liable for delays, misdirected shipments, undelivered packages, or order cancellations resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the Customer. Errors in shipping or billing information discovered after order placement must be reported to Cadillac Connection customer service immediately; however, Cadillac Connection cannot guarantee that corrections can be made once an order has entered the fulfillment process.

6. PAYMENT

 

Cadillac Connection accepts payment via major credit cards (including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), major debit cards, and other standard online payment methods that may be made available through the Website checkout process from time to time. The payment methods available to you will be displayed during checkout. Cadillac Connection reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Payment for all orders is charged in full at the time of order placement and submission. By submitting your order, you authorize Cadillac Connection to charge the total order amount, including product price, applicable taxes, and shipping fees, to your designated payment method. Orders will not be processed or fulfilled until successful payment authorization has been received.

All payment transactions conducted through the Cadillac Connection Website are processed through secure, industry-standard payment processing systems employing encryption and security protocols designed to protect your financial information. Cadillac Connection does not retain, store, or have access to your full payment card number, card verification value (CVV), or other sensitive financial data beyond what is necessary to authorize and process your transaction. Payment data is handled exclusively by our third-party payment processors, who maintain their own security and compliance standards.

Cadillac Connection takes payment fraud seriously. Any transaction that is determined or reasonably suspected to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or made using stolen financial information will be immediately reported to the appropriate law enforcement agencies and financial institutions. Cadillac Connection cooperates fully with all law enforcement investigations related to fraudulent transactions and reserves all rights to pursue legal remedies available under applicable law against individuals engaging in fraudulent activity.

7. SHIPPING

 

All orders placed through the Cadillac Connection Website are processed, packaged, and shipped from our fulfillment location in Seminole, Florida, United States. Orders are generally processed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and verification requirements.

Estimated shipping times are provided during the checkout process and in the order confirmation email as a courtesy and are based on information provided by the applicable shipping carrier(s). These estimated delivery dates are approximations only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier operations, weather events, peak shipping seasons, or other factors outside of Cadillac Connection's control.

Cadillac Connection is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after the package has been tendered to the carrier for delivery. Additionally, Cadillac Connection is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after the carrier has taken possession of the shipment; for packages that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the Customer; or for delays resulting from Customs clearance for international shipments. Customers are encouraged to contact the relevant shipping carrier directly to resolve carrier-related delivery issues.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the shipment, as well as the shipping method selected. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed prior to order submission so that you may review them before completing your purchase. Cadillac Connection reserves the right to modify shipping rates at any time.

Risk of loss and title for all products purchased through the Cadillac Connection Website shall pass to the Customer upon delivery of the product(s) to the shipping carrier. Once the carrier has taken possession of your shipment, Cadillac Connection's responsibility for the product's safe delivery ceases, and any claims related to loss, damage, or theft in transit should be directed to the carrier.

Cadillac Connection may offer expedited shipping options (such as two-day or overnight delivery) and, where logistically feasible, international shipping to select destinations. Availability of expedited and international shipping options will be displayed during checkout. International Customers are solely responsible for all import duties, customs fees, tariffs, and taxes applicable in their destination country, as well as compliance with all applicable import regulations.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

Cadillac Connection is committed to Customer satisfaction. Subject to the conditions set forth in this Section, Customers may return eligible products within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery as confirmed by carrier tracking records.

To be eligible for a return and refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

1. The item must be in its original, uninstalled, and unmodified condition;

2. The item must be in its original manufacturer's packaging, including all original components, hardware, documentation, and accessories;

3. The return must be initiated within the thirty (30) day return window; and

4. A return merchandise authorization ("RMA") must be obtained from Cadillac Connection customer service prior to shipping any return.

The following categories of products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where the item is confirmed to be defective upon arrival:

1. Electrical components, sensors, control modules, and other electronic parts;

2. Special-order or custom-ordered parts that are not part of Cadillac Connection's standard inventory;

3. Hazardous materials, including but not limited to batteries, fluids, and chemical compounds; and

4. Any item that has been installed, modified, damaged, or shows signs of use.

Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer, except in cases where the return is necessitated by an error made by Cadillac Connection, such as shipment of an incorrect or defective item. In such cases, Cadillac Connection will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For all other returns, Customers must ship the item(s) using a trackable, insured shipping method. Cadillac Connection is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.

Upon receipt of a returned item, Cadillac Connection will inspect the product to verify that it meets all eligibility conditions described above. Approved refunds will be processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days following receipt and inspection of the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Cadillac Connection is not responsible for delays in the crediting of refunds attributable to the Customer's bank or financial institution.

Core charges, where applicable to certain parts (such as alternators, starters, or brake calipers), will be refunded upon receipt and acceptance of the qualifying core return. Restocking fees, where applicable and disclosed at the time of purchase, may be deducted from the refund amount for eligible returns that are not the result of a Cadillac Connection error.

9. WARRANTIES

 

Certain products sold by Cadillac Connection may be accompanied by a limited warranty provided directly by the manufacturer or original equipment supplier of the product. The terms, duration, scope, and conditions of any such manufacturer warranty are determined solely by the respective manufacturer and are not within the control of Cadillac Connection. Customers should review all warranty documentation included with their product upon receipt.

Cadillac Connection provides no independent warranty of its own on any products sold through the Website beyond what is expressly offered by the product's manufacturer, unless Cadillac Connection explicitly states otherwise in writing in connection with a specific product or transaction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all products are sold "as is" and "as available," and Cadillac Connection expressly disclaims all other warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In the event of a warranty issue or claim, Customers should first contact the product manufacturer directly, as the manufacturer is the warrantor and the entity responsible for honoring the warranty terms. Cadillac Connection will use commercially reasonable efforts to assist Customers in contacting manufacturers and facilitating warranty claims where possible; however, Cadillac Connection does not and cannot guarantee any particular outcome from a manufacturer warranty claim.

No warranty, whether provided by a manufacturer or otherwise, shall cover damage, failure, or defects caused by or resulting from: improper or incorrect installation; misuse, abuse, or neglect of the product; unauthorized modification or alteration of the product; use of the product in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose or the vehicle application for which it was designed; exposure to abnormal operating conditions; or normal wear and tear over time. Warranty coverage begins from the date of original purchase as documented by Cadillac Connection's records.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cadillac Connection's total cumulative liability to any Customer arising out of or relating to any claim, cause of action, or dispute connected with a purchase made through the Website — whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory — shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the Customer to Cadillac Connection for the specific product that is the subject of the claim.

In no event shall Cadillac Connection, its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or any product purchased through it, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or cost of substitute goods or services, even if Cadillac Connection has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Cadillac Connection specifically disclaims any liability for damage to your vehicle, damage to any other property, personal injury, or death resulting from the installation, use, misuse, improper installation, or failure of any part or accessory purchased through the Website. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that all parts are installed by a qualified automotive technician and are appropriate and legal for use on the Customer's specific vehicle.

The Customer acknowledges that the limitations of liability set forth in this Section reflect a reasonable allocation of risk and are a fundamental element of the basis of the bargain between the parties. Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, Cadillac Connection's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms shall limit Cadillac Connection's liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

11. USER OBLIGATIONS

 

By using the Cadillac Connection Website and placing orders, you represent, warrant, and agree to the following obligations:

11.1   Age Requirement. You represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age. The Website and its products are not intended for use by individuals under the age of eighteen (18). Cadillac Connection reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot confirm they meet the minimum age requirement.

11.2   Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, complete, and current information in connection with all account registrations, order placements, payment submissions, and any other interactions with the Website. You further agree to promptly update any information you have provided if it becomes inaccurate or out of date.

11.3   Legal Compliance — Parts Use. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any part, component, or accessory you purchase through the Cadillac Connection Website is legal for use on your vehicle under the laws, regulations, and emissions standards applicable in your state, province, or jurisdiction. Certain aftermarket parts may not be street-legal or emissions-compliant in all jurisdictions. Cadillac Connection makes no representation as to the legality of any product in any particular jurisdiction.

11.4   General Legal Compliance. You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, regulations, and ordinances in connection with your use of the Website and any products purchased through it. You agree not to use the Website or any purchased products for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.

12. PROHIBITED USE

 

The Cadillac Connection Website is provided solely for lawful personal and commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You agree that you will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or otherwise prohibited by these Terms.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following activities are expressly prohibited:

1. Using the Website for any purpose that violates any applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation;

2. Scraping, harvesting, extracting, or collecting any data, content, pricing, or product information from the Website by automated means or any other method not authorized by Cadillac Connection;

3. Submitting false, fictitious, or fraudulent orders or purchase inquiries;

4. Intentionally interfering with, disrupting, or damaging the Website's infrastructure, servers, or network connections, including by transmitting viruses, malware, ransomware, or other harmful code;

5. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Website, its systems, databases, or accounts of other users;

6. Using the Website as a platform or vehicle to distribute spam, unsolicited commercial communications, or malicious software of any kind;

7. Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely representing your affiliation with any person or entity, in connection with use of the Website;

8. Purchasing products through the Website for the purpose of unauthorized commercial resale or arbitrage without the express written consent of Cadillac Connection; and

9. Engaging in any conduct that, in Cadillac Connection's sole judgment, restricts, inhibits, or interferes with any other user's ability to use or enjoy the Website.

Violations of this Section may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account and access to the Website, cancellation of any pending orders, and reporting of your conduct to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Cadillac Connection reserves all rights to pursue any and all legal remedies available against individuals or entities who engage in prohibited conduct, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 

All content appearing on the Cadillac Connection Website, including but not limited to text, product descriptions, articles, photographs, images, graphics, logos, icons, button icons, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of Cadillac Connection or its content suppliers and licensors, and is protected by United States copyright law, trademark law, trade dress law, and other applicable intellectual property laws and international treaties.

The compilation of all content on the Website is the exclusive property of Cadillac Connection and is protected by U.S. and international copyright law. No content from the Website may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, or used to create derivative works, in whole or in part, in any form or by any means, without the prior express written permission of Cadillac Connection. Requests for permission to use Website content must be submitted in writing to Cadillac Connection customer service.

The Cadillac name, the Cadillac logo, the Cadillac crest emblem, and all related model names, slogans, and design marks are registered trademarks and intellectual property of General Motors LLC. These marks are used by Cadillac Connection solely for the purpose of identifying the vehicle fitment and compatibility of products offered for sale and do not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or authorization from General Motors LLC or the Cadillac brand. All rights in such marks remain with General Motors LLC.

Any unauthorized use of Cadillac Connection's proprietary content or any third-party marks displayed on the Website may violate copyright law, trademark law, privacy and publicity laws, and other applicable regulations and statutes, and could result in criminal or civil liability. Cadillac Connection actively enforces its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law.

14. GOVERNING LAW

 

These Terms and Conditions, and any claim, dispute, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or any product purchased through the Website — whether sounding in contract, tort, statute, or equity — shall be governed by, interpreted under, and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provision or rule that would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.

Subject to the dispute resolution provisions set forth in Section 15 below, you expressly agree that any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website that is not subject to mandatory arbitration shall be filed exclusively in the state courts of Pinellas County, Florida, or in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in Pinellas County, Florida, including any objection on the basis of inconvenient forum.

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

 

15.1   Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute, claim, question, or disagreement arising from or relating to these Terms, the Website, or any transaction conducted through the Website, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter informally. The aggrieved party shall contact Cadillac Connection customer service in writing, describing the nature of the dispute and the relief sought. The parties agree to negotiate in good faith for a period of thirty (30) calendar days following the initial written notice of dispute (the "Informal Resolution Period") before initiating any formal proceedings. Many customer concerns can be resolved quickly and to the satisfaction of both parties through this informal process.

15.2   Binding Arbitration. If the parties are unable to reach a mutually acceptable resolution during the Informal Resolution Period, either party may elect to have the dispute finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") in accordance with its then-current Consumer Arbitration Rules or Commercial Arbitration Rules, as applicable. The arbitration shall be conducted in Pinellas County, Florida, or, if the Customer so requests and the arbitrator so determines, by video conference or telephone. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

15.3   Class Action Waiver. YOU AND CADILLAC CONNECTION EACH AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you waive your right to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action lawsuit, class-wide arbitration, private attorney general action, or any other representative proceeding against Cadillac Connection. If any court or arbitrator determines that the class action waiver set forth in this Section is void or unenforceable for any reason, or that arbitration can proceed on a class basis, then the entire arbitration provision set forth in this Section 15 shall be deemed null and void, and the parties shall be deemed to have not agreed to arbitrate disputes.

15.4   Injunctive and Equitable Relief. Notwithstanding the foregoing arbitration agreement and class action waiver, either party shall retain the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party's intellectual property rights, confidential information, or other proprietary rights, or to seek emergency relief pending the outcome of arbitration, without the requirement to post a bond or other security.
